As a fine art nature photographer the desire to travel explore and photograph in new locations is ever present. Photographs of exotic lands are always popular. However, often the most amazing art is created from the ordinary moments in nature that are all around us. This image I made early one January morning right after we had moved into our new home. I walked out my front door and spied these frost covered leaves. I ran back in got my camera and spent the next 30 minutes creating this image. This image has become one of my most popular photographs.
